We will discuss your ability to pay and then an agreement will be established that meets your financial needs not the Internal Revenue Services! All appointments require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE SCHEDULING DEPOSIT. The NON-REFUNDABLE SCHEDULING DEPOSIT will be used towards the scheduled service.

This payment is non-refundable. Before submitting an offer to the Internal Revenue Service, complete this Pre-Offer Assessment. The Pre-Offer Assessment will let you know if you meet the criteria to have your offered considered for acceptance by the Internal Revenue Service. Based on the results of the Pre-Offer Assessment, you will be advised of the next steps to resolve the balance due.

We cannot guarantee your offer will be accepted by the Internal Revenue Service, so we encourage you to complete the Pre-Offer Assessment before paying for this service. The Pre-Offer Assessment will help us determine your ability to pay the outstanding balance due prior to paying for this service. The fee you pay us for retaining our services is different than the fee you pay the IRS for submitting an offer. The service fee you pay us is non-refundable and non-transferable.
